Friendly & smiling staff, away from the throng of the outside world, nice rooms. The staff were lovely with our young children.

Unwashed bath robes with someones knickers in them!! Cleanliness could have been better. Also overcharged us for extra beds, 10 e more than listed on this website.

The rooms were stunning and had a local touch to their decor, and the staff was dedicated and provided outstanding service.

The personnel is very kind and helpful. It's a new trendy designed hotel with nice fourtinure. We got a good night's rest in their comfortable bed.

We had to wait quite long for our breakfast to arrive. The breakfast was simple without much variety; some bread, a pancake with butter, honey and jelly (no continental breakfast). You need to sleep with earplugs cause it's very noisy. Unfortunatly the last night of our 4 night's stay, the owner (women) threatend us when we didn't want to pay 5% extra charge for using our creditcard to pay the hotel bill, wich we couldn't find in our booking confirmation. Finally, after a huge discussion and several threats that she would send the police to pick us up at the airport if we didn't pay her husband talked some sense into her so we only had to pay the price according to our Booked.net confirmation. Thank you Sir!

Excellent find, got a good deal. Not sure if would pay the website price though. Staff lovely very helpful. Lovely breakfast loads of food!

The hotel was beautifully decorated with a good sized swimming pool and lovely roof terrace. The staff were very kind and breakfast was tasty.

I love the design of the place: traditional with a modern approach. It is lovingly put together. Each room is a bit different. There is a calmness about it that makes the stay very relaxing. Also, the staff is very friendly and helpful. As there are only few rooms, it is quite intimate in a good way. We had only one meal there and that was excellent. The pool is small, but refreshing.

The airconditioning required quite a bit of fiddeling until we got it right.

I had an amazing trip and I definitely plan to return; the hotel's location was perfect, close to both the Atlas mountains and the main square, and I loved that Cafe Arabe was only a 5-minute walk away.

Staff was friendly and helped us to get to the square, they provided a city map but the souks were not labelled.

Breakfast was very poor and had same yogurts every day. There were no prices shown for drinks at the bar. Our room was lovely but very dark with dark lampshades. You coud not read anything. If you pay by credit card there is a 5% increase on the total. This information does not show when booking the room.

We were there for 2 days, everything was perfect, appreciated its marvellous and stunning location close to sightseeing, different areas and the medina and sightseeing places. Had airy, neat room with a super comfortable bed and all supplies.

The breakfast here is amazing, with a wide variety of pastries, jam, and fresh fruit. 🥐 The spread was fantastic and really satisfying.

My girlfiend and I absolutely loved our stay at Riad Utopia. We stayed in the beautiful suite, Sa Majeste La Rose. The room was bigger and more luxurious than we expected. The caught yard  pool area was very peaceful, as was the roof terrace. We were looking for an authentic, picturesque Riad and we certainly found it here.

There was nothing we disliked.

That no-one form the hotel contacted us prior to our arrival to tell us we could get an airport transfer there and back, which would have saved us some hassle. They also do not mention anything about the 5% surcharge they charge on credit cards which is very high!!
